To confirm your booking a deposit of $100 must be paid. This deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is made within 14 days of the event. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event. 2. Date changes are permitted (subject to availability) up to 7 days prior to the event. Cancellations within 7 days of the event result in a 50% refund of the total final invoice. Payment can be made via bank transfer (details on quote and invoice) or cash. Mountaineer Events Co reserves the right to withhold set up or cancel the booking should payment not be received in a timely manner. 3. For any personalised additions names/details must be submitted 7 days prior to the event via email. 4. Any hire items lost or damaged will be charged to the client at full replacement value. 5. Any spills or stains on the hire items may be subject to a cleaning fee. Please ensure NO PETS come into contact with any of the hire items. 6. Hire items must be in a smoke-free environment. 7. Upon items being collected if any item is missing the replacement value will be charged to the client. 8. All items are the responsibility of the client throughout the agreed time period that items are hired. 9. Please ensure the event space is clear from any items including furniture so that we can ensure setup runs smoothly. Mountaineer Events Co are not responsible for moving client's furniture or other personal items. 10. Setting up and pack down of items will take place at the agreed time between the client and Mountaineer Events Co. Should the client not be present, or the items are still in use, the client will be liable for a late fee. 11. Mountaineer Events Co will not be liable for any claim of personal injury, death, loss or damage to the property however caused, unless it is proved that such injury was caused by faulty material, equipment or negligence on part of Mountaineer Events Co.
